The aluminium bottle with black sprayer and shiny gold collar represents an elegant and practical packaging solution for modern liquid preparations. Thanks to the high-quality aluminium body and precise spray mechanism, it is suitable for gentle, even dispensing of a wide range of cosmetic and technical formulations. The surface of the container is resistant to normal use and, together with the robust construction, protects the contents from external influences and unwanted contamination.
This type of bottle is ideal wherever precise, hygienic and economical application is important – from toners, floral waters and hair sprays to disinfectant solutions or homemade cleaning solutions. Thanks to the opaque metal packaging, it is also suitable for more sensitive formulations where it is desirable to limit light exposure to the filled product.
This container is offered on Handymade as a combination of bottle with sprayer, which is designed for immediate use without the need for additional components. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the solution matches your product exactly.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Detailed information on material composition, recommended use and other important properties of the packaging can be found in the parameters tab on the product page, where recommendations for correct handling and storage are also given. When planning the final formula, we recommend studying this data and performing a trial filling.
This type of packaging is primarily intended for low-viscosity liquids such as waters, hydrolats, light solutions and fine oil mists. With thicker emulsions or heavier oils, the performance of the sprayer may decrease or dosing may become uneven. Therefore, before the final filling, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the dosing on a smaller sample of the product.
The packaging can be reused provided hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is important to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the sprayer to prevent microbial contamination and unwanted reactions between residues of the original product and the new formulation. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based product, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After treatment, allow the packaging to dry completely before refilling.
If necessary, it is advisable to rinse the sprayer with lukewarm water, or with water containing a small amount of mild cleaning agent, and then spray through thoroughly with clean water to remove all residues. After mechanical cleaning, you can disinfect the internal part of the system by spraying alcohol (IPA or ethanol) through it and allowing it to air-dry. When cleaning, avoid aggressive solvents or high temperatures that could damage the plastic parts of the mechanism.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after thorough emptying and rinsing, placing it into separated waste collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. The aluminium body of the bottle is generally sorted into the container for metal packaging and the plastic parts of the sprayer into plastics, unless local rules state otherwise. Before handing it over to sorted waste, remove product residues so as not to contaminate the recycling stream. Always adapt the specific method of sorting to the local waste collection system.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging materials category. After clicking on the relevant category, a filtering panel appears at the top of the page where you can adjust your selection according to neck type, size, colour and packaging material. Just choose the required parameters and only those bottles, dropper bottles, jars or pots that best meet your requirements will be displayed. This way you can quickly find suitable packaging for a specific formulation and for a consistent look of the entire product line.
