The aluminium bottle with transparent cap is a lightweight, practical and durable packaging solution suitable for various kinds of liquid and slightly viscous products. The smooth inner surface and well-designed construction allow comfortable filling and dispensing, while the packaging looks professional and aesthetically pleasing in both home and artisan production. The aluminium bottle is popular for its compactness, low weight and attractive appearance, making it suitable for any cosmetic or craft project where the combination of functionality and design is important.
Individual aluminium bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected packaging parameters. They can be combined with solutions such as screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators, allowing you to adapt the dispensing method to the specific product.
Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – checking sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, presence of alcohol or essential oils, foaming, etc.).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. Only after cleaning and drying is the bottle ready for further safe use.
First we recommend rinsing the packaging with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent that does not leave a strong odour or film. After mechanical cleaning, it is advisable to rinse the bottle once more with clean water and then disinfect it with alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature.
When choosing packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. This filter is located at the top of the page after clicking on the selected category and allows you to clearly filter packaging according to key parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. Using the filter, you will quickly find the bottle, jar or pot that best matches your formulation and the intended method of use.
The aluminium bottle is particularly suitable for liquid and slightly viscous cosmetic preparations such as toners, facial and hair lotions, aromatic sprays, light oil blends or disinfectant solutions. It is also suitable for small test batches of your own formulations or travel sizes, where you will appreciate its low weight, strength and compact shape.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the recommendations given in the product parameters. Before disposal, it is advisable to empty the bottle as much as possible and, according to the specified sorting, place it in the appropriate container for metal waste. In this way you will reduce the amount of mixed waste and support the reuse of the material.
The choice of closure depends on the type of product and the expected way of use. For simple solutions and travel sizes, classic screw caps are suitable; for toners and aromatic sprays, sprayers are practical; and for concentrated preparations or oil blends, droppers or fine applicators may be appropriate. For every combination of packaging and closure, we recommend performing your own leakage and dosing test to ensure that the solution is suitable for the specific formulation.
