Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the disinfectant solution has completely dried is the bottle ready for refilling.

The integrated dispenser is intended primarily for liquid and lightly gel-like products that flow without excessive resistance. With thicker creams or balms, dosing may be impaired, so we recommend always testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in the bottle before the final filling of the entire batch.

The bottle should first be rinsed with a suitable cleaning solution or warm water with a mild detergent (depending on the nature of the original contents), then rinsed well with clean water and left to dry. After drying, we recommend disinfecting the inner surface and functional parts of the dispenser with alcohol – for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. It is important to remove all residues of the original product so as not to disrupt the stability of the new formulation.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition indicated in the product parameters. Before handing it over to separated collection, it is advisable to remove any product residues and, if necessary, separate the plastic components of the dispenser from the metal body in accordance with local waste sorting rules. Proper sorting contributes to efficient material recycling and to reducing environmental burden.
