The 200 ml aluminium bottle with white-gold matte dispenser represents a professional solution for packaging liquid preparations where precise and comfortable dosing is important. The elegant combination of the aluminium bottle and the high-quality dispenser is suitable for artisanal and small-scale cosmetics, home formulations and design-oriented limited editions. Thanks to the durable material and reliable pump mechanism, the packaging is ideal for products that require hygienic, controlled and repeatable dosing without wasting the contents.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled properly and not damaged. With every change of filling or before refilling, however, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the dispenser in accordance with hygiene principles. We recommend using a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % denatured plant-based ethanol, and then allowing the packaging to dry completely before refilling.
First remove residues of the original product by rinsing with suitably warm water and, if necessary, with a mild, non-aggressive cleaning agent that is compatible with the packaging material. We then recommend applying disinfection using alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % plant-based ethanol. Allow the disinfectant to act briefly, empty the packaging and leave it to air-dry at room temperature. For the dispenser, it is advisable to press the mechanism several times with the disinfectant solution in order to flush the inner channel section.
For thinner, watery formulations, we recommend, at first use, pumping several times so that the system is completely filled with the contents and dosing is consistent. For thicker emulsions and gels, it is appropriate to fill the packaging more slowly and avoid the formation of air bubbles that could affect the first doses. It is always good to test the dosing with a small amount of filling in order to verify the comfort of application and, if necessary, adjust the viscosity of the product to your preferences.
Before recycling, it is advisable to empty any product residues as much as possible and rinse the bottle so that no filling residues remain in the packaging. The aluminium container is generally classified as metal packaging according to local recycling rules. The dispenser consists of several parts (plastic, metal spring, etc.), and its sorting depends on the specific infrastructure for separated waste collection in your municipality. We recommend following the material markings and recycling recommendations given in the product parameter table and the instructions of your local collection system.
The simplest way to choose suitable packaging is to use the extended filter in the packaging material categories. After clicking on the relevant category, you will find the extended filtering at the top of the page. You can set parameters such as neck type, desired size, colour and material, and display only those bottles, jars or dropper bottles that correspond to your intention. In this way, you will quickly find a suitable combination of packaging and closure for a specific product.
When filling, it is important to work in the cleanest environment possible and to use clean working tools (funnels, measuring vessels, stirrers). The packaging should be clean and disinfected before filling, and you should wait until it is completely dry so that no residual moisture enters the product. It is recommended not to fill the bottle completely to the top, but to leave a small expansion gap, which will facilitate fitting the dispenser and ensure correct functioning of the pump. For the first filling and test, we recommend carrying out a short compatibility test in order to verify the behaviour of the formulation in contact with the packaging under the planned storage conditions.
