The aluminium bottle with black sprayer and glossy gold ring represents an elegant and functional packaging for various liquid preparations where gentle, even application in the form of a mist or spray is important. Thanks to the high-quality metal body and precise spraying mechanism, it is suitable for filling cosmetic, hygiene and also cleaning formulations that require reliable protection and convenient dosing. The opaque metal design contributes to better stability of more sensitive components by limiting light exposure to the contents.
This product is a ready-made combination of a bottle with integrated sprayer, designed to provide convenient dosing immediately after filling. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for recipes with a higher content of alcohol, essential oils or surface-active substances.

Yes, the packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and sprayer, rinsing them, and then disinfecting them with an appropriate agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the packaging has completely dried and aired out is it appropriate to proceed to refilling.
The sprayer is ideal for low-viscosity liquids intended to be applied as a fine mist or spray – for example facial and body toners, floral waters, hair sprays, air fresheners or textile sprays. With thicker emulsions or gels, dosing may be less smooth, so in such cases we recommend first testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in a smaller quantity.
Before first use and between repeated fillings, we recommend thoroughly rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution, then with drinking water, and allowing it to drain. It is then advisable to disinfect the packaging – for example by rinsing and spraying the inner surface and the spraying mechanism with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature so that no residues of cleaning or disinfecting substances remain in the packaging that could affect your final products.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend responsibly sending it for recycling. Before recycling, empty the bottle and give it a basic rinse so that no residues of the contents remain. The aluminium body of the packaging is generally placed in the separate collection of metal packaging according to the local waste collection rules in your municipality or town. The plastic sprayer should be separated from the bottle body – sorting of the plastic part follows the local instructions for the collection system. We recommend following the pictograms and information given in the parameter table of the specific product on the website.
