The plastic bottle with dispenser represents a practical and professional-looking packaging intended for liquid and gel formulations where controlled and hygienic application is important. Thanks to the integrated dispenser, it enables convenient, repeatable dosing without contact with the remaining contents, which contributes to the stability and quality of the product throughout the entire period of use. This type of packaging is suitable for artisanal as well as smaller semi-professional production and helps to give the final product a uniform and representative appearance.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of trouble-free use with your specific products.

Thanks to it you can quickly filter according to several parameters – for example neck type, size, colour or material. In this way you can easily find a bottle, pill bottle, jar or container that best matches your product and the method of application.
The packaging can be used repeatedly under normal cosmetic use, provided that basic hygiene principles are observed and the material is not mechanically damaged. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle including the dispenser and then disinfect it, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Only after cleaning and drying is the packaging ready for further safe use with a new filling.
Before new filling it is appropriate to first rinse the bottle and the dispenser with lukewarm water and a suitable cleansing agent that does not damage the material used. We then recommend disinfecting the internal surfaces and parts in contact with the product using alcohol – in practice, the use of the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable has proved effective. After applying the disinfectant, allow the individual parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature, and only then proceed to fill with a new cosmetic formulation.
The dispenser is designed for the application of a wide range of liquid and semi-liquid products such as emulsions, lighter creams and gels. For very thick formulations, minor adjustments of the formula may be necessary (for example reducing viscosity or changing the type of thickener) to ensure that the pump action is smooth and without excessive strain. Before introducing it into production we recommend performing a dosing test with the actual formula and verifying whether the consistency is optimal for the given type of dispenser.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it and removing any product residues. Then follow the recycling rules given in the product parameters, where you will find information about the type of material and the relevant recycling symbol. According to this, you will sort the individual parts of the packaging (bottle, dispenser, any inserts) into the appropriate separated waste stream. In this way you facilitate recycling of the material and reduce the amount of unnecessary waste in municipal collection.
