Brown PET plastic medicine bottle is a practical packaging intended for safe filling and storage of liquid as well as powder preparations in home and professional production. Thanks to the high-quality closure with a tamper‑evident ring, it helps protect the contents against unwanted opening, leakage or contamination during handling and transport.
This type of packaging is popular for packing various solutions, serums, tinctures or concentrated preparations, where material stability and reliable closure are important. The brown colour of the bottle helps reduce light exposure to more sensitive formulations, thereby supporting the preservation of their quality throughout the entire period of use.
Notice regarding PET material: PET plastic should not be exposed to high temperatures, at which deformation of the packaging may occur. The bottle is not intended for boiling or for cleaning in a dishwasher – gentle manual cleaning at an appropriate water temperature is recommended.
The plastic bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing methods, such as screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators according to the parameters selected in the e‑shop. Thanks to this, you can customise the final packaging exactly to the character of your product and the desired level of user comfort.
The combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the dosing method and the behaviour of the specific formulation in contact with the given type of plastic and closure.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the container thoroughly and then disinfect it, for example with IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based, which you can find in the raw materials category in the e‑shop. We recommend performing disinfection gently, without the use of high temperatures, in order not to damage the PET material.
For cleaning, it is recommended to use lukewarm water with a suitable cleaning agent and gentle mechanical action, for example a soft brush or sponge. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, therefore do not boil the bottle and do not wash it in a dishwasher, where there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. After washing, allow the container to dry thoroughly and before refilling, disinfect it with an appropriate alcohol‑based preparation.
The simplest way to choose is to use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category. With the filter you can quickly narrow the selection according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour or packaging material. By combining these options, you will find a bottle or medicine bottle that will best match your formulation and method of use.
The brown plastic medicine bottle is designed to be lightweight, stable and resistant to normal mechanical load during storage and transport. The brown colouring reduces light penetration to the contents, which is advantageous for many light‑sensitive formulations. For very sensitive or special preparations, we always recommend carrying out your own stability test under the conditions in which the product will be stored and used.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend first removing residual product from it and giving the packaging a second life through recycling. The method of recycling is governed by the material designation listed in the product parameters – according to this, sort the packaging into the appropriate container for plastics. It is advisable to sort the closure and the bottle according to their material composition, or separate them before handing them over for collection. By following these principles, you contribute to a more environmentally friendly approach.
