Glass vial, white spray pump is a practical packaging material for precise and hygienic dosing of liquid products in cosmetics, even for smaller production batches. Glass is suitable for formulations where it is important to maintain the stability, fragrance and properties of the contents without undesirable material influences. Since this is dark glass, the packaging naturally contributes to reducing light and UV transmission, which is advantageous for more sensitive components (for example extracts or oils). The product parameters also specify food grade quality, therefore the packaging is also suitable for selected products intended for internal use (according to your formulation and method of use).
The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

We recommend using the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the category. With the filter you can select packaging according to neck type, size, colour and material, so that you can quickly find suitable packaging for your product.
After the contents have been used up, we recommend flushing the spray mechanism through with warm water or a suitable solution compatible with your formulation and letting it dry completely. For products with a higher proportion of oils or more viscous components, it is advisable to perform a flow and spray pattern test to prevent clogging.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are followed. Before filling, the packaging must be cleaned and disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002), for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, and then allowed to dry completely.
The spray pump is most suitable for liquid, low-viscosity preparations that are intended to be applied as a fine mist (for example facial mists, toners, hair waters or interior sprays). For oily or more viscous formulations, we recommend testing the spray pattern and flow under real conditions.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Since the product material is glass and plastic, separate the components: sort the glass vial into the glass container and the plastic parts of the spray pump into the plastic container. Before sorting, it is advisable to empty and rinse the packaging to minimise product residues.
