Regenerating after-sun lotion your body will appreciate after staying in the sun

This regenerating lotion contains a complex of substances that benefit skin that has been exposed to the effects of solar radiation. It is a quantity of vitamins and other components that hydrate, soothe and regenerate the skin. The lotion is easily absorbed into the skin and does not leave a greasy feeling.

Its preparation is simple; even a beginner can manage it with tools that can be found in every kitchen. Just do not forget to wash and disinfect them well (preferably with high-proof alcohol – with ethanol).

Regenerating after-sun lotion – procedure

  1. In separate containers, you weigh out the ingredients for the oil and water phases. (The oil phase must be in a heat-resistant glass container – it will be heated in a water bath.)
  2. In a water bath, you heat all parts of the oil component until they melt and let them cool. You only stir the water phase (the ingredients mix well with each other).
  3. You mix the oil and water phases – a yellow lotion is formed.
  4. To finish, do not forget to mix in the preservative and the essential oil.
  5. Pour the final product preferably into a container with a pump.

Regenerating after-sun lotion – conclusion

In summer, the most important thing before exposing yourself to the sun is to think about prevention in the form of creams with SPF factors. However, if it accidentally happens that you still get sunburned, this regenerating after-sun lotion will help you hydrate and heal the burnt areas.
