The stable plastic construction allows comfortable use in combination with a suitable bottle or pharmaceutical bottle, while ensuring reliable distribution of the preparation onto the skin, hair, textiles or surfaces according to the chosen composition.
Thanks to its functional spray mechanism, this packaging is ideal for liquid formulations that need to be applied in a thin layer or over a larger area. The practical closing system helps protect the bottle contents from unintended leakage and supports hygienic, controlled dosing for both home and professional production of cosmetics or household cleaners.
This sprayer is intended for use with compatible bottles or pharmaceutical bottles with a matching neck, turning them into a practical container with fine spray dosing. Bottles and other packaging materials on the Handymade website are divided according to neck and closure type, so it is easy to find a suitable combination.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to make sure that spraying proceeds smoothly and without leakage.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The sprayer can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene rules are observed. Before filling, we recommend thoroughly flushing the entire mechanism with a suitable cleaning solution and then disinfecting it. For disinfecting the packaging and accessories, it is suitable to use for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After applying the disinfectant, allow the individual parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then fill them with the final product. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and maintains the stability of your own product.
You can use the sprayer repeatedly if it is properly cared for. After each complete use of the contents, it is important to thoroughly clean the bottle and the spray mechanism itself, rinse them, and then disinfect them with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Disinfection before refilling is key to reducing the risk of degradation of the cosmetic or cleaning preparation and to maintaining quality during long-term use.
Even spraying depends on the viscosity and cleanliness of the filled liquid as well as the technical condition of the mechanism. It is recommended to use sufficiently filtered, homogeneous and lump-free formulations without undissolved particles that could clog the nozzle. Before filling, prepare a small test amount and check whether the product is dispensed at the desired intensity and spray pattern. If you notice a change in the jet, partial clogging or dripping, flush the mechanism with clean water or a suitable cleaning solution and test its functionality again. For formulations with a higher oil content or more solid components, it is advisable to consider another type of closure or dosing system.
If you decide not to reuse the sprayer, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material designation given in the product parameters. Before disposal, remove any remaining contents and mechanically clean the packaging of product residues. Then place it in the appropriate separated waste stream according to local recycling rules – usually in the container intended for plastic packaging, if the product parameters state a plastic material. In the case of a combination of several materials, it is advisable, where possible, to dismantle the packaging into separate parts and sort them according to material type. Following the instructions in the parameter table for the specific product will help you assign the packaging to the correct recycling stream.
