Plastic sprayer 24/410 black ribbed collar is a practical solution for fine and even spraying of liquid preparations in cosmetics, drugstores and in the household. Thanks to the high-quality plastic body and functional mechanism, it provides reliable dispensing that is suitable for liquid products with lower viscosity, such as toners, hydrolats, disinfectant solutions or cleaning sprays.
The sprayer is designed for comfortable and repeated use, while providing good protection of the contents against unwanted leakage. The ribbed collar improves grip when screwing it onto the bottle or medicine bottle, which makes handling easier even with frequent use in professional and hobby production.
The sprayer is ideal for light, liquid preparations with lower viscosity, such as watery toners, hydrolats or light solutions. Thick emulsions, balms or heavier oils may limit the function of the mechanism and worsen spraying, therefore we recommend packing them rather into pumps or other types of dispensers intended for thicker products.
The sprayer and the corresponding bottle are suitable for repeated use if strict hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging and the mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally by using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the disinfectant has dried is the packaging ready for new filling, thus minimizing the risk of microbial contamination.
We recommend filling a smaller test amount of the product into the selected bottle with this sprayer and monitoring its behaviour over several days to weeks. Check the sealing (whether liquid does not leak during transport), the smoothness of spraying, the uniformity of the mist and any changes of the material in contact with active substances or a high proportion of alcohol. If the dosing is consistent and no leaks or deformations occur, the combination is suitable for normal use.

After emptying the packaging, we recommend disassembling the sprayer and bottle to the extent that is safe, rinsing them with suitably warm water and, if necessary, with a mild cleaning agent. Then the packaging and mechanism must be disinfected – application of alcohol has proved effective, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After complete evaporation of the alcohol and drying of all parts, you can fill the packaging again with a new product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend first emptying it as much as possible and removing product residues. Adjust the method of recycling to the material stated in the parameters of the specific packaging on the Handymade website – according to this, assign the packaging to the appropriate type of sorted waste (for example plastic). Always respect the local waste sorting rules in your municipality or city. By separating the individual parts (for example different plastic components or a possible outer packaging of the bottle), you support more efficient processing and reduction of environmental burden.
