Product description

The glass bottle with glossy dispenser represents an elegant and functional packaging suitable for a wide range of liquid cosmetic preparations. Thanks to the high-quality glass and precise dispensing, it is ideal for packaging products where control of the amount and a professional appearance are important. The packaging is designed to be stable, hygienic and suitable for long-term use in home cosmetics as well as in small-scale artisanal production.

Possible uses

  • cosmetic serums, facial and body emulsions
  • oil blends for face, body, hair and beard
  • gentle fluids and light cream preparations
  • active concentrates and boosters for targeted care
  • aromatic oil blends for local application
  • home cosmetic formulations requiring precise dosing

Packaging advantages

  • Material stability – glass is chemically resistant and, when used correctly, does not change the properties or scent of the contents.
  • Content protection – high-quality glass in combination with the dispenser minimizes the contact of the preparation with air and impurities.
  • Professional appearance – the glossy dispenser and elegant bottle give the finished product a premium character, also suitable for retail packaging.
  • Repeated use – with proper maintenance, the bottle can be refilled, thereby reducing packaging waste.
  • Dispensing comfort – the integrated dispenser allows application of an appropriate amount of the preparation without unnecessary waste.

Combining with closures and dispensers

Glass bottles in this category are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected for the product. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the smoothness of dispensing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, and this before filling the entire product batch.
For inspiration when selecting additional components, you can use related categories such as dispensers and pumps or sprayers, which make it possible to adapt the final packaging to the particular product type and the desired mode of application.

Technical parameters

All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.

FAQ – Most frequently asked questions

How should I correctly prepare the bottle before the first filling?

Before first use, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfecting them. Alcohol solutions are suitable for disinfecting packaging, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. In the Handymade range, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After applying the alcohol, let the packaging dry completely and only then fill it with the final product.

Is it possible to use this glass bottle repeatedly?

With proper care, the bottle is suitable for repeated use, which helps reduce the amount of packaging waste. However, with each new filling it is essential to follow hygiene principles – both the packaging and the dispenser need to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected again before filling, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. We recommend filling the new product only after the inner surface of the packaging has completely dried.

How can I correctly recycle the glass bottle and the dispenser if I do not want to use it further?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it, removing any product residues and recycling it according to the type of material indicated in the parameters of the specific product. The glass part of the bottle is usually placed in the container designated for glass, while the plastic or metal parts of the dispenser belong in the appropriate sorted waste according to local recycling rules. Before recycling, it is advisable to separate the components from each other (bottle – dispenser) so that sorting is as effective as possible.

For which type of cosmetics is this packaging most suitable from the point of view of dispensing?

This type of bottle with dispenser is ideal for preparations where precise and hygienic dispensing is important – typically facial serums, light emulsions, oil blends for the face or targeted treatment products. The dispenser helps apply a consistent amount of the preparation, limits excessive product consumption and at the same time protects the content from excessive contact with air and impurities from the hands.

You offer many types of packaging – how can I find the right one for my product?

To select a suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter you can conveniently combine several parameters – for example the neck type, packaging size, colour and material. Thanks to this, you can quickly search for bottles, jars, pots or pharmaceutical bottles that correspond to your formulation and the planned method of dosing and product presentation.
