Glass bottle with glossy dispenser is an elegant and professional packaging intended for liquid cosmetic formulations, serums, emulsions and other products for which precise and hygienic dosing is important. High‑quality glass combined with a designer dispenser creates a solid, durable and visually attractive packaging that supports the stability and longer shelf life of the filled content. Thanks to the material resistance, the bottle is suitable for packaging products with active ingredients, including formulations containing an oil or water phase.
This glass bottle is sold as a standalone packaging and is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected parameters in the Handymade.sk range. It can be combined, for example, with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators, which are matched to the neck type and the construction of the packaging.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verify the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with your specific formulation so that you can be sure of reliable use under real storage and application conditions.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned, mechanically freed from residues of the previous product and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example using IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured (plant‑based). Only after it is completely dry and aired is the packaging ready for reuse.
Before the first filling, we recommend checking the glass bottle, rinsing it with suitable clean water or a medium compatible with your product and then disinfecting it with an alcohol‑based preparation, for example IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured (plant‑based). After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry naturally and fill it only afterwards in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and any impact on formulation stability.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter, which is located at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging material category. Using the filter, you can conveniently select packaging according to several parameters – in particular according to the type and size of the neck, overall size and volume, colour design and material. In this way, you can quickly narrow down the range to the packaging options that best meet the requirements of your specific product and the intended dosing method.
The bottle is ideal for facial and treatment serums, light creams, emulsions, concentrated treatment courses, oil blends and other liquid or slightly viscous products for which a precise and hygienic dose is important. The dispenser allows dosing of small amounts of product without unnecessarily exposing the entire contents to air and hand contamination, which is especially advantageous for products with a higher concentration of active ingredients.
If you decide not to use the packaging any longer, we recommend that after emptying it you carefully remove any product residues and disassemble it into individual parts. Place the glass bottle in the appropriate separate collection stream according to the recommendations of your local recycling system for packaging made from this material, and sort the plastic or metal parts of the dispenser according to the material designation given in the product parameters. By sorting correctly, you reduce the amount of waste and support the reprocessing of the materials used.
