The glass bottle with cream dispenser is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise and hygienic dispensing of emulsions, creams and other viscous preparations. Thanks to the durable glass and the functional black top part with pump, it is ideal for cosmetic formulations that require a controlled amount during application and minimisation of the contact of the contents with air.
The packaging is designed to support the stability of the stored product, to facilitate its use and at the same time to look aesthetic for both home and professional cosmetic production. The bottle is suitable for ongoing testing of formulas, for final packaging of finished products and for creating coherent product ranges.
This glass bottle with cream dispenser is supplied as a functional set in which the body of the packaging is matched with a suitable dispensing mechanism. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that the packaging works reliably with your specific product.

Before final use, always check the suitability of the packaging for the specific type of formulation (viscosity, content of oil/water phase, presence of acidic or alkaline components) and verify the correct dosing performance during long-term use.
Before the first filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and drying the bottle and the dispensing mechanism. If necessary, it is advisable to disinfect the internal surfaces using technical alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After applying the alcohol, allow all parts to evaporate thoroughly and dry completely so that no residual moisture or alcohol remains in the packaging, which could affect the stability of your formulation.
The bottle and the dispensing mechanism can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean and disinfect the packaging thoroughly, for example using alcohol-based preparations such as isopropyl alkohol or rastlinný etanol. Make sure that the bottle and the internal parts of the pump are completely dry, and do not reuse packaging that shows visible damage, cracks or significant wear of the thread or seals.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend placing it in sorted collection according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. After removing any product residues, dispose of the glass part of the bottle in the container designated for glass. Separate the plastic parts of the dispenser (pump, tube, any plastic caps) and dispose of them according to local rules for sorting plastics or municipal waste, if they cannot be sorted separately. Before disposal, it is advisable to rinse the packaging roughly so that no cosmetic residues remain in the collection system.
The dispenser is designed for creamy and gel formulations with low to medium viscosity that need to be applied in a small and controlled amount. Most often these are facial creams, serums in the form of emulsions, body lotions, hand creams and local treatment preparations. With very thick buttery textures or balms, pumping may be limited, so we recommend testing the behaviour of the specific product in the packaging before final filling and adjusting the final formula accordingly.
