The glass bottle with dispenser for oils represents a reliable packaging solution for precise and hygienic dispensing of various liquid formulations. Thanks to the high-quality glass and integrated dispensing system, it is suitable for filling products where both control of the amount and protection of the contents from air and contamination are important.
This type of bottle is ideal for oil blends, serums and other formulations where you will appreciate comfortable application, clean dispensing and a professional appearance of the finished product. The darker glass helps to reduce light penetration, which contributes to longer stability of more sensitive components and to maintaining the quality of the contents during storage and use.
This product represents a combination of bottle and dispensing system in one packaging, designed for comfortable and repeatable dispensing of oil-based and other liquid formulations. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) in order to verify long-term stability and user comfort for your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass bottle with dispenser is designed to reliably protect oil serums and concentrated blends during storage and use. Glass is a stable material that generally does not react with oil-based formulations, and the dispenser allows controlled and hygienic withdrawal of smaller amounts of product without unnecessarily exposing the contents to air and impurities. Before filling, we always recommend verifying the compatibility of the specific formula with the packaging in the form of a test batch.
The bottle can be reused provided that strict hygiene rules are observed and thorough cleaning is carried out. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean both the packaging and the dispensing part and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use products available in our range, such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or plant-based denatured ethanol, which you can find at the links IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol 1 l and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný 1 l. After disinfection, let all parts dry thoroughly to prevent disruption of the consistency and stability of the new formulation.
Before each new filling, we recommend first mechanically cleaning the bottle and the dispensing part from residues of the previous product, then washing them with a suitable cleaning agent and thoroughly rinsing with drinking water. After drying, the packaging must be disinfected with an alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which are available in the Handymade range. You can use the products on the pages /ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ and /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/. After disinfection, let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then proceed to filling a new batch of product.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it according to the material types listed in the product parameters on the Handymade website. After emptying and basic cleaning, place the glass part in the container designated for glass according to local collection rules. The dispenser, which consists of a combination of several materials, is usually sorted according to the predominant material or placed in mixed waste if the individual parts cannot be easily separated. Before handing it over for recycling, always check the recommendations of your local waste collection company and follow the information given in the parameter table of the specific product.
When testing compatibility, we recommend preparing a smaller test batch of the product and keeping it in the packaging over a longer observation period. Pay particular attention to changes in colour, odour, viscosity and any sediment, as well as to the behaviour of the dispenser – smoothness of dispensing, sealing and any leakage around the neck. Monitor whether there is any release of components of the dispenser, any changes in the consistency of the oil blend in contact with the internal parts, or any deterioration in the dispensing functionality. Only after a successful longer-term test is it advisable to move on to larger production series.
To navigate the packaging range more easily, you can use the advanced filter, which is available at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category. With the help of the advanced filter you can clearly select packaging according to several parameters – for example according to neck type, size, colour or material. In this way you will quickly find bottles, medicine bottles, jars or other containers that will meet the technical requirements and the visual style of your product.
