The plastic bottle is a light, practical and durable packaging, ideal for filling various liquid and slightly gel-like products. The transparent material allows for visual inspection of the contents, which makes dosing, colour control and checking the amount of product easier. Thanks to its precise manufacture, this plastic container is suitable for cosmetic formulations, artisan products and as auxiliary laboratory material, wherever cleanliness, reliable closure and easy handling are important.
The bottle is designed to withstand everyday use in home workshops, small-scale production and professional facilities. In combination with compatible closures and dispensing components, it provides practical, hygienic and safe packaging for various types of liquid preparations.
The bottle on its own is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems, depending on the selected product parameters. You can combine it with screw caps, disc-top caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators, allowing you to adapt the dosing method to the specific product and use.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verify the sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, especially for products with a higher content of alcohol, acids or essential oils.

Yes, due to its design, the bottle is suitable for packaging various cosmetic preparations intended for everyday use, such as toners, sprays, liquid soaps or hair care products. When producing your own formulations, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and monitoring the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the product, especially for preparations with a higher content of alcohol or essential oils.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the corresponding closure must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol – in our range you will find the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After cleaning, it is important to let the packaging dry completely in order to avoid dilution or influencing of the new fill by residues of water or disinfectant.
The bottle should be cleaned with gentle cleaning agents in lukewarm water and then rinsed thoroughly. Plastic packaging should avoid high temperatures – exposure to hot water or heat sources may lead to deformation and reduced functionality of the closure. The packaging is not intended for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. After washing, we recommend disinfecting the packaging with a suitable alcohol-based product and allowing it to dry completely before the next filling.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters for this packaging. First, empty the bottle, remove any product residues and at least roughly rinse the packaging. Then place the plastic packaging in the appropriate container according to the recycling symbol and material designation stated in the parameter table on the product page, and separate the closure during sorting if it is made of a different material.
