Clear plastic bottle with white-gold dispenser 100 ml is a practical packaging intended for modern and hygienic filling of liquid cosmetics and gentle preparations for the face, body or hair. Thanks to the clear plastic, you always have the quantity and appearance of the contents under control, which you will appreciate with products where visual presentation and easy dispensing are important. The integrated dispenser ensures comfortable and clean application without unnecessary wasting of the contents and contributes to the professional appearance of the finished product.
This product represents a complete combination of bottle and dispenser, designed to work reliably together during normal use with cosmetic preparations. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
The technical details of the packaging are deliberately concentrated in a clear table next to the product, so that you always have them quickly available when planning production. There you will find information about the type of plastic, the suitable filling method and the basic dimensions for correctly designing labels or boxes.

For plastic components it is important to respect the manufacturer’s recommendations regarding temperature, type of filling and method of handling, in order to maintain the long-term functionality of the dispenser as well as the aesthetic appearance of the entire bottle.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. However, before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and also the dispenser and, depending on the type of contents, disinfect them with a suitable preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the new cosmetic formulation.
The dispenser is ideal for liquid to medium-viscosity preparations, such as light creams, emulsions, body lotions, gels and serums. With very thick balms or buttery textures, dispensing may be limited, so it is recommended always to test the behaviour of the specific formulation first in a smaller trial batch.
After emptying, we recommend first rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water and then rinsing it several times with clean water. After drying, it is appropriate to disinfect the inner space and also the part of the dispenser that comes into contact with the product using alcohol, for example IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 %. Before refilling, make sure that no residues of cleaner or water remain in the packaging so that they do not affect the stability of the new filling.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend emptying it as much as possible and removing product residues before handing it over for recycling. Then follow the recycling mark and the information in the product parameters – the packaging belongs in the appropriate collection container for sorted waste according to the type of plastic stated for the product. In the case of a combination of several materials it is suitable to separate what can be separated (for example the bottle and the dispenser) to make sorting in the recycling process easier.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging category, which you will find in the upper part of the page after clicking on the relevant category (for example bottles, pharma bottles or jars). In the advanced filter you can combine several criteria at once – for example neck type, size, colour and packaging material. Thanks to this, you will quickly select the packaging that will correspond technically and visually to your specific product and the desired dispensing method.
