Transparent round plastic bottle with white-silver dispenser is a practical and modern packaging intended for hygienic and aesthetic filling of liquid cosmetic preparations. The transparent body of the bottle allows easy visual control of the contents and remaining amount, which is beneficial for regular use as well as in the professional sphere. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol from the Handymade range, available as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let the packaging dry completely and only then fill it again.
The plastic packaging is not intended to be exposed to high temperatures or to thermal sterilization in the form of boiling or dishwashing in a dishwasher. When exposed to higher temperatures, the bottle may deform or the functionality of the dispenser may deteriorate. We recommend gentle cleaning with lukewarm water and a mild detergent and disinfection with a suitable alcohol solution, in order to maintain the shape stability and functionality of the entire packaging.
This bottle with dispenser is ideal for liquid and slightly viscous cosmetic products for which comfortable and hygienic dosing is important. It is particularly suitable for facial toners, liquid emulsions, body and hair fluids, treatment solutions or products for everyday hand hygiene. Before filling, we recommend testing the dosing with your specific formulation so that you can be sure that the product’s consistency is compatible with the chosen type of dispenser.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. Before disposal, empty the bottle, rinse it basically and separate the plastic parts if possible. Then sort the container itself and the dispenser according to the relevant type of plastic into the collection bin intended for plastic waste. Recycling symbols and material specifications are listed in the technical parameters so that you can assign the packaging to the correct sorting stream.

Even though the combinations of packaging and dispenser created on Handymade are tested in terms of functionality, for each new formulation we recommend performing your own compatibility test. Fill a smaller test sample of the product, monitor the sealing of the closure, the smoothness of dosing, any changes in the colour or odour of the packaging and the stability during storage. In this way you verify that the material used and the dispenser are suitable for your composition and that the final product will be reliable and safe in use.
