The plastic bottle made from clear material represents a universal and practical packaging for various liquid and gel formulations, where clear monitoring of the contents and an aesthetic, professional appearance are important. In combination with a ribbed closure it creates a reliable container that is suitable for cosmetic preparations as well as other products, depending on the intended use.
The clear plastic allows easy visual control of the condition and quantity of the contents, which is advantageous when packaging products for home and professional use. Thanks to precise manufacturing, the packaging is designed to withstand normal handling, transport and storage, while at the same time providing packaging stability and comfort during dosing.
The bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
If the packaging is made from PET material, it is necessary to take into account that this type of plastic should not be exposed to high temperatures, because under such conditions there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. Such packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling and should be cleaned at moderate temperatures according to the recommendations for the specific contents.
Yes, the bottle is suitable for various liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic formulations, such as toners, facial waters, serums or body products. When choosing the formula, it is always important to verify the compatibility of the specific ingredients with the plastic packaging and to perform a trial filling in order to check the stability, tightness and long-term behaviour of the product in the packaging.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry completely and only then refill it, in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination.
For cleaning the plastic bottle, we recommend using lukewarm water and mild cleaning agents that do not contain aggressive solvents or abrasive components. If it is made of PET material, do not expose the packaging to high temperatures, do not boil it and do not wash it in a dishwasher so as to avoid deformation or damage to the surface. After washing, it is advisable to rinse the packaging with clean water, disinfect it and allow it to dry thoroughly at room temperature.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, its recycling is recommended according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters and on the packaging label. Before handing it over for separate collection, it is advisable to empty the packaging, if necessary rinse out any remaining contents, and separate any different components (for example the closure or insert) if they are made from another material. Then place the packaging into the appropriate container for sorted waste in accordance with the local recycling rules specified for the given type of plastic.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category at the top of the page, a panel appears in which you can filter according to several parameters – specifically by neck type, size, colour and material. This allows you to quickly select a bottle, jar or other container that best matches the intended use, design and technological requirements of your product.
When filling hot, highly concentrated or strongly alcoholic mixtures, it is important to verify whether they are suitable for the given type of plastic in terms of temperature and chemical composition. Especially for packaging made from PET material, filling at high temperatures is not recommended, because the walls may soften or deform. We recommend working at lower temperatures, carrying out a trial filling with a small quantity and monitoring any changes in the shape or surface of the packaging during storage.
