Glass bottle medicine bottle 28 mm 500 ml white cap represents a reliable and aesthetic packaging for cosmetic, pharmaceutical and technical liquid preparations. High-quality glass in combination with a practical screw cap helps protect the composition of the preparation, maintain its stability and reduce the risk of contamination. The higher-volume bottle is suitable for filling products intended for regular or longer-term use in both home and professional production.
To select suitable packaging we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the chosen packaging category. In the advanced filter you can easily filter according to parameters such as neck, size, colour and material. This will help you quickly narrow down the selection to bottles, medicine bottles, jars or other packs that best match your product type and dispensing method.
The bottle can be safely reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned, any residues of the original contents removed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation (for example products based on isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available in our range, such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). Only after it has completely dried is the bottle ready to be refilled.
Before repeated use we recommend first rinsing the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent to remove all residues of the original product. Then rinse it thoroughly again with clean water and let it drain. After mechanical cleaning it is important to disinfect the packaging with alcohol – for example with preparations based on isopropyl alcohol or ethanol from our range. After disinfection, allow the bottle to dry thoroughly at room temperature, ideally upside down on a clean surface.
The glass medicine bottle is particularly suitable for liquid products where the stability of the composition and easy dosing from a larger volume are important. It is used, for example, for storing facial and body toners, base solutions, hair tonics, artisanal cleaning solutions, hydrolats, aromatic bases or laboratory test solutions. We always recommend verifying the compatibility of the packaging with the specific formulation and, when gentle dosing is needed, combining the bottle with a suitable type of closure or applicator.
When choosing a cap or dispenser, pay particular attention to the type and size of the neck given in the product parameters. For the bottle you can choose a classic screw cap, a dropper, a spray head or another applicator, depending on whether you need to pour, drip or spray the product. Combinations of packaging and closures offered directly on Handymade are dimensionally tested; nevertheless, we always recommend carrying out your own test of sealing, dosing comfort and the behaviour of your specific formula in the given packaging–closure combination.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend sorting and recycling it correctly according to the recommendations given in the parameter table for the product. The glass packaging is usually placed in the container intended for glass, while it is advisable to separate the plastic cap and sort it according to its material. Before putting it into sorted collection, it is good to rinse the bottle so that no larger product residues remain inside. By doing so you contribute to effective materials recycling and waste reduction.
