Glass vial with glossy dispenser is a professional packaging solution designed for precise and hygienic dispensing of liquid preparations in cosmetics, pharmacy and aromatherapy. High-quality glass in combination with a functional dispensing mechanism enables safe packaging of serums, concentrates, oils and other formulations that require controlled dosing and protection from external influences. The dark glass also helps protect sensitive components from light and thus supports the stability of the final product.
The vial with integrated dispenser is designed primarily for liquid to medium-viscosity formulations, such as facial and hair serums, lighter oil blends and fluid emulsions. For very thick or gel textures, we recommend carrying out trial dosing before final filling to verify the smooth operation of the dispenser and the even release of the product during use.
You can reuse the glass vial repeatedly if you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned, any residues of the previous product removed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Disinfection reduces the risk of microbial contamination and helps maintain the stability of your cosmetic formulation when the packaging is used repeatedly.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the vial can usually be placed in a glass collection container after emptying and basic rinsing. The dispenser and any plastic or metal components should be sorted according to the material type indicated in the parameter table. Before placing it in sorted waste, always remove any product residues so that the packaging does not contain significant cosmetic remains.
The glass vial with dispenser is also suitable for everyday use and carrying, but we recommend paying attention to its mechanical protection. During transport, place it in a rigid cosmetic bag or case to minimize the risk of impact or falling. Before travelling, check that the dispenser is properly tightened, and if needed, use an additional protective packaging or case, especially if you tend to move your cosmetics frequently.
