How should I correctly fill the glass roll-on bottle so that the system seals and doses properly?

Fill the contents into a clean and dried bottle using a funnel or a suitable syringe, ideally just below the recommended level according to the volume indicated in the product specifications. Then insert the roll-on insert evenly, press it straight down so that it seats into the neck around the entire circumference, and only then screw on the closure. After assembly, we recommend turning the bottle upside down and gently shaking it to check the sealing and the smooth movement of the ball during application.

Is it possible to use this glass roll-on bottle repeatedly?

The glass packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle and the roll-on insert must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature to avoid diluting or affecting the new formulation.

How should I recycle this glass roll-on bottle if I no longer wish to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition indicated in the product specifications. As a rule, the glass bottle can be placed in the glass recycling container after removing residual contents and separating the plastic parts (ball, insert, closure). The plastic components should be placed in the appropriate plastic collection according to local waste sorting rules. Before recycling, rinse the packaging so that no significant residues of the cosmetic product remain inside.
