Glass medicine vial – transparent bottle is a professional packaging intended for the safe packing of liquid preparations, especially oils, and for precise dosing of liquids. High-quality clear glass provides reliable protection of the contents, is chemically resistant and suitable for packing cosmetic and other specialized blends where the stability and visual condition control of the product are important.
The transparent glass container enables immediate visual control of the quantity and appearance of the preparation, which is ideal for products where colour, clarity or possible sediment are important. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, this medicine vial is suitable for packing smaller batches of products, test samples as well as final products intended for clients or customers.
The glass bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems according to the selected parameters – for example with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the glass medicine vial can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to wash the packaging thoroughly, remove the residues of the original product and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant ethanol. Only after it is completely dry is the bottle ready for a new filling.
This glass medicine vial is ideal for smaller volumes of liquid preparations, especially oils, serums, aromatherapeutic blends and other liquid formulations where precise application and quantity control are important. It is also suitable for testers or development samples where you need professional and stable packaging.
First we recommend mechanically removing the residues of the product, then washing the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent and rinsing it thoroughly. After washing, the packaging must be disinfected – for example using preparations such as IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured. After drying in a clean environment, the bottle is ready for refilling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it, removing any residue of the contents and separating possible plastic or metal parts of the closure. Then place the glass container itself into the container intended for glass according to local recycling regulations. The specific sorting method may differ depending on the municipality or city, therefore it is appropriate to follow local recycling guidelines.
