Glass bottle with dropper represents a universal packaging for liquid products where precise and controlled dosing is important. The transparent glass allows for easy visual inspection of the contents, which is practical during filling as well as subsequent use. In combination with a white cap with dropper, this packaging provides a reliable solution for formulations that require purity, stability and convenient drop-by-drop application.
This product is supplied as a complete combination bottle + cap with dropper, which means it is ready for immediate use without the need to search for compatible components. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The bottle can be used repeatedly, provided that you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the packaging needs to be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcoholic disinfectant, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Allow the disinfectant to evaporate completely and only then refill the bottle in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination and any impact on the stability of the final product.
Before refilling the bottle, we recommend first removing any residues of the original contents, rinsing the bottle and the individual parts of the closure mechanically, and if necessary washing them with a suitable cleaning agent and rinsing thoroughly. It is then appropriate to disinfect using alcoholic solutions, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all components to dry completely at room temperature and only then use them for refilling, in order to maintain the quality and safety of your formulations.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. The glass body of the bottle is usually placed in the container designated for glass, while the plastic or composite parts of the cap and dropper are sorted according to the material type indicated in the product parameters. Before recycling, it is advisable to empty the packaging and give it a rough rinse to minimize product residues. Adapt the specific method of sorting to the recommendations of your municipality and the material labelling given with the product.
The dropper is ideal for liquid and low-viscosity products where it is important to dose the contents precisely drop by drop. Most commonly these are facial and body serums, oil elixirs, active ingredients in concentrated form, aromatherapeutic oils or intensive hair treatments. For thicker formulations, we recommend testing before serial production whether the dropper allows smooth and repeatable dosing and, if necessary, choosing another type of applicator.
