Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean and disinfect the packaging thoroughly, ideally using a suitable alcohol. For disinfection, we recommend for example the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after completely drying can the bottle be filled again.

The dropper should first be mechanically freed from product residues, then rinsed with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent and thoroughly rinsed. After washing, we recommend spraying or rinsing the glass part of the dropper and suitable non-plastic components with disinfecting alcohol (e.g. IPA 99% or ethanol 96%) and allowing it to dry completely. Only then is the dropper ready for reuse.

Glass is generally a very stable and inert packaging material, so in most cases it is also suitable for packaging concentrated active ingredients and serums. However, we always recommend testing the specific formulation in a smaller quantity, monitoring any changes in appearance or odor, and also verifying the functionality of the dropper during long-term use.

The smooth surface of the glass bottle is suitable for the application of self-adhesive labels. Before applying, we recommend degreasing the surface, for example using alcohol, and allowing it to dry so that the label adheres well. When designing the label, take into account the mandatory information according to legislation (e.g. INCI composition, minimum durability date, instructions for use and storage) as well as the visual identity of your brand. Thanks to the clear glass, the appearance of the filled product itself can also be part of the design.

If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend emptying it, possibly rinsing out any remaining contents, and separating the individual parts. The glass body of the bottle belongs in the container intended for glass according to local recycling rules. The closure with dropper should be sorted according to the material indicated in the product parameters on the website, or handed in within the collection of packaging plastics or municipal waste if the recycling system does not allow more detailed sorting. By recycling you help reduce the amount of waste and conserve resources.
