Before each new filling, it is important to clean the container thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the stability of your products.

For which type of cosmetic products is this jar most suitable?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, first remove any remaining product. Dispose of the glass container in the appropriate glass collection bin according to local recycling regulations. The aluminium lid should be sorted into metal packaging collection where this option is available in your municipality.
