Glass bottle – dropper vial is a professional packaging suitable for precise dosing of liquid preparations. The combination of a transparent glass container and a dropper with a black‑silver closure enables comfortable, hygienic and visually attractive packaging for a wide range of products. Thanks to the stable glass and high‑quality dropper, the packaging is suitable for liquid formulations that require controlled dropping and safe handling during application.
To make the selection of packaging easier, use the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. After clicking on the relevant category, the advanced filter is located at the top of the page and allows you to filter the offer according to several parameters, such as neck type, size, colour and packaging material. Thanks to this, you can quickly narrow down your selection to bottles, dropper vials, jars or pots that best match the needs of your product.
The glass packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and closure, rinsing them and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol available as IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or plant‑based ethanol Ethanol 96% denatured. Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for refilling.
The dropper vial is ideal for products where precise and controlled drop‑by‑drop dosing is important. In practice, it is used mainly for facial serums, concentrated oils, hair and nail treatments, aromatherapy blends and laboratory samples of formulations. Thanks to the dropper, the product can be applied in a targeted way, without waste and without direct contact with the contents of the container.
Before filling the entire batch, we recommend preparing a test sample in one bottle and monitoring the behaviour of the product over time. Focus on the sealing of the closure, the smoothness of dropping and any changes in the appearance of the packaging or dropper after contact with the formulation. Particularly for products with a higher proportion of alcohol, essential oils or more aggressive ingredients, long‑term observation is important to ensure that the packaging remains functional and safe throughout the entire period of use.
Before filling, work in a clean environment, prepare a disinfected packaging, clean tools and a well‑mixed formulation. Fill the bottle using a funnel, syringe or another suitable dosing tool that has also been cleaned and disinfected. Avoid contact of the bottle neck with the skin and do not leave the container open longer than necessary. After filling, immediately screw on the closure with dropper firmly and, if needed, label the batch and filling date.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste‑sorting rules and the information stated in the product parameters. It is advisable to remove any product residues from the glass container and place it in a container intended for glass. The closure with dropper is usually sorted according to the material from which it is made (for example plastic or composite material), so it is advisable to separate it from the bottle and place it in the appropriate collection container according to local recycling guidelines.
