The transparent plastic bottle with a matte white-and-gold dispenser is an aesthetic and functional packaging suitable for professional and home filling of cosmetic and hygiene products. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material and practical dispensing, it is ideal for liquid and gel formulations that require more precise and comfortable application without unnecessary contact with the contents. The transparent design makes it easier to visually check the quantity and appearance of the product, which is appreciated by manufacturers as well as end users.
This packaging is supplied as a combination of bottle and dispenser, ready for immediate filling and use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant-based ethanol. Only after the packaging is completely dry do we recommend refilling, in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the product.
When cleaning the plastic bottle, we recommend using lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then thoroughly rinsing the packaging and letting it dry. PET and other common plastic materials are not suitable for exposure to high temperatures – therefore, do not use boiling water for washing, do not boil them, and do not put them in a dishwasher, so as to avoid deformation of the packaging or damage to the surface. After mechanical cleaning, it is advisable to carry out final disinfection with a suitable alcohol and let the packaging dry completely before refilling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material given in the parameters of the specific product on the Handymade website. First remove any remaining contents, rinse the bottle, and then sort it into the appropriate container according to the material marking on the packaging or in the parameter table (for example, a plastic container for PET or other plastics). In this way, the most efficient possible reprocessing of the material is ensured in accordance with local recycling rules.
The dispenser is designed to handle common liquid and mildly viscous formulations, such as body lotions, lighter emulsions, gels and cleansing products. For very dense creams, however, dispensing may be limited, so we always recommend performing your own test with the specific formula. In particular, check the smoothness of dispensing, the return of the spring and the tightness of the system during long-term use.

In the advanced filter, you can sort the packaging according to several parameters, such as neck type, size, colour or material. This allows you to easily display only the packaging that matches your formulation, brand design and the desired dispensing method.
