Plastic bottle with trigger sprayer represents a practical packaging for fine and even spraying of various liquids in cosmetics as well as in the household. Thanks to its ergonomic shape and reliable mechanism, it is suitable for packing products for which comfortable and controlled application in the form of a mist or fine spray is important. The transparent design allows simple visual control of the contents and fill level, which facilitates work during filling as well as in everyday use.
The packaging is ideal for liquid formulations that require even distribution on the skin, hair, surfaces or textiles. The trigger sprayer ensures convenient dosing without the need for direct contact with the contents, thereby supporting hygiene and limiting the risk of contamination. Thanks to the appropriately selected plastic material, the bottle is lightweight, easy to carry and practical when travelling or for professional use in salons.
This bottle is supplied as a complete set with a trigger sprayer and is designed to be compatible with various types of caps and dosing systems available on Handymade according to the selected parameters. When choosing a different neck or accessory, you can make use of options such as screw caps, droppers, other sprayers or practical applicators.
Combinations of packaging and caps created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, dosing reliability and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil or water base, etc.).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
When working with plastic packaging, it is important to take into account the recommended conditions of use stated in the product documentation. If the parameters state that the packaging is made of PET material, it is not suitable to expose it to high temperatures, because this may lead to deformation of the bottle, weakening of the walls or damage to the thread. Such packaging is not intended for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. For cleaning, prefer manual rinsing and disinfection according to the recommendations in the FAQ section.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, it is recommended to recycle it in accordance with the material designation stated in the product parameters (type of plastic and corresponding collection container). Before placing it in sorted waste collection, it is advisable to empty the bottle and remove any product residues.
You can use the bottle repeatedly if you follow hygiene principles. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly, rinse it and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Disinfection helps to reduce the risk of microbial contamination during further use. After applying the alcohol, allow the bottle and sprayer to dry well at room temperature.
First, disassemble the bottle and sprayer into individual parts that can be safely separated without damage. Rinse the inside of the container with warm (not boiling) water and, if necessary, with a mild, non-aggressive cleaning agent. Then apply disinfection – pour a small amount of an alcoholic solution (e.g. IPA or ethanol) into the bottle, close it with the sprayer and press several times so that the alcohol also reaches the inside of the mechanism. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry at room temperature away from a direct heat source. For PET material, avoid high temperatures, the dishwasher and boiling.
The bottle is not intended for filling with hot or freshly sterilised solutions with a high temperature. If the packaging is made of PET, exposure to heat may lead to its deformation, weakening of the walls or deterioration of the sprayer sealing. Solutions should be filled only after they have completely cooled down to room temperature. This protects not only the packaging, but also the stability of your own formulation.
If you no longer plan to use the bottle repeatedly, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material type indicated in the product parameters (plastic designation and corresponding recycling symbol). Before handing it over to sorted waste collection, remove any remaining contents, separate the individual parts as far as possible (bottle, sprayer, possible dip tube) and place the packaging in the container intended for that type of plastic. If the material is indicated as PET in the parameters, it standardly belongs in the container for plastic waste. By recycling, you conserve resources and reduce the amount of municipal waste.
The trigger sprayer is optimised mainly for liquid, low-viscosity, water-based solutions. Thick emulsions, gels or products with a high oil content may reduce the smoothness of spraying or partially clog the nozzle. For oil-based or thicker formulations, it is advisable to first test the functionality of the mechanism on a small trial amount. If you need to dose strictly oil-based blends, consider using another type of dispenser (for example a pump or a dropper) within a compatible neck.
To select a suitable bottle, pill bottle or jar, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category. In the advanced filter you can easily set the required parameters – type and diameter of the neck, size and volume of the packaging, colour, material or specific dosing method. Thanks to this, you can quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that is technically and visually the most suitable for your specific formulation or product line.
