Plastic bottle with matte black trigger sprayer offers a professional solution for packaging various liquid preparations where comfortable and even atomization is required. Thanks to the high-quality material design and the functional sprayer mechanism, this packaging is suitable for cosmetic blends, cleaning solutions, household detergents and creative hobby products.
The packaging is designed to ensure reliable dosing in the form of a fine spray, which reduces product consumption and increases user comfort. The trigger-sprayer type closure allows easy one-handed operation and supports precise application to the desired surface or area of the skin.
This product represents a combination of bottle and trigger sprayer, ready for immediate filling and use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging works reliably with your particular product.

The trigger sprayer is designed primarily for low- to medium-viscosity liquids that can be evenly atomized into a fine mist. It works best with toners, watery solutions, hydrolats and light emulsion sprays. For very thick or gel formulations, spraying may be limited, so we recommend always carrying out a trial filling and testing the dosing behaviour before final production.
The packaging can be reused, provided that basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling it is important to thoroughly clean and disinfect both the bottle and the sprayer to prevent contamination of the new contents. For disinfection, we recommend using technical alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. After applying the disinfectant, allow all parts of the packaging to dry completely and only then refill the bottle.
For ongoing cleaning of the sprayer, it is sufficient, after emptying the packaging, to fill the bottle several times with clean water and spray intensively until the internal mechanism is thoroughly flushed. When switching to another type of product, it is advisable to rinse the bottle and dip tube with warm water and detergent, then rinse with clean water and afterwards disinfect with alcohol. Avoid using very hot water or boiling, in order not to damage the plastic parts of the sprayer. After each cleaning, allow all components to dry completely.
If you decide not to use the bottle and sprayer any further, we recommend that after emptying and basic rinsing you place them in sorted waste according to the type of material used, as specified in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade.sk website. After removing product residues, the plastic packaging should be sorted into the appropriate plastic container, which supports its recycling and reduces the amount of municipal waste. Before disposal, it is advisable to separate the bottle and the upper mechanism, if they are made of different materials, and sort them separately in accordance with local waste collection rules.
