The transparent plastic bottle is a universal container suitable for packaging various liquid and slightly viscous formulations where clarity and control of the contents are important. Thanks to the transparent material, it allows for easy visual inspection of the colour, clarity and quantity of the filled product, which will be appreciated by manufacturers of cosmetics, household preparations and semi-professional workshops alike.
The packaging is designed to withstand everyday use, comfortable handling and reliable dispensing with a properly selected closure type. The smooth surface of the bottle is suitable for professional labelling, which makes it easier to build a consistent visual brand style and to clearly identify the product.
The bottle can be reused if hygiene rules are followed, especially in your own cosmetic production or when refilling the same type of product. Before each new filling, the container must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. In this way, the risk of microbial contamination and deterioration of the contents is minimised.
Packaging made of PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures, because with prolonged or intense heating it may lead to deformation of the bottle and deterioration of its mechanical properties. The bottle is not intended to be washed in a dishwasher or boiled. Washing with lukewarm water and a mild detergent is recommended, followed by disinfection with alcohol at room temperature if needed. Avoid storing it directly on heat sources or in strong sunlight behind a glass pane.
Before reuse, we recommend first mechanically removing any remaining original contents, then rinsing the bottle with warm (not boiling) water and a mild detergent, and rinsing it thoroughly with clean water. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface with an alcohol solution – in practice, IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured vegetable has proved practical. Allow the disinfectant to act briefly and let the excess liquid drip off or wipe it away with a clean, lint-free cloth.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, it is recommended to recycle it according to the type of material specified in the parameter table on the product page. For plastic packaging made of PET material, it is usually possible to place the clean and empty bottle in a container intended for plastic waste. Before recycling, remove any product residues and any labels, as far as this is possible without excessive damage to the packaging. Recycling symbols and sorting recommendations can be found directly in the parameters of the specific product on the website.
When choosing a suitable container, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the filter, you can combine several criteria – for example the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the packaging, colour and material. In this way you can easily narrow down the range to bottles, jars or pots that best match your product and your preferred type of closure or dispensing.
The suitability for use with formulations containing a higher proportion of alcohol or essential oils must always be assessed based on the material and the information provided in the product parameters. Before filling a larger quantity, we recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – fill a smaller volume, monitor any changes on the bottle wall (softening, colour change, deformation) and check the sealing of the closure during normal use. For highly concentrated blends, it is also important to choose a suitable closure or dispenser to prevent leakage or undesirable evaporation of volatile components.
