The plastic bottle with a white dispenser is a practical packaging component suitable for dispensing various liquid mixtures, providing convenient and controlled extrusion of the contents. Thanks to its well-designed shape and high-quality plastic material, this bottle is ideal for cosmetic formulations, hygiene products, and homemade products where precise and clean use of the product is important.
The closure with dispenser allows easy application of the product directly onto the skin or onto an applicator pad, while at the same time minimizing the risk of accidental spillage. This type of packaging is suitable for liquid and slightly more viscous preparations for which practical handling, protection of the contents, and reliable closing are important.
This product represents a combination of bottle and dispensing closure, designed so that together they create a functional and reliable packaging unit. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing, and the behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure that the packaging is optimally suited to your product.

The bottle with dispenser can be reused provided that basic hygiene rules are followed and it is appropriately matched to the type of product. Before each new filling, the entire packaging (including the dispenser) must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable product, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after it is completely dry and aired is the packaging ready for refilling.
First, we recommend thoroughly rinsing the bottle and the dispenser with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent to remove any residues of the original product. Then each component must be well rinsed with clean water and left to drain. After mechanical cleaning, we recommend disinfecting the packaging using alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based, and only then filling it again. When cleaning, avoid very high temperatures that could deform the plastic.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the information given in the parameter table next to the product. Depending on the type of plastic indicated for the bottle and the dispenser, you will sort the individual parts into the appropriate separate waste stream (usually the container for plastics). Before placing it in separate collection, empty the bottle, rinse it, and if possible, separate the different material parts (for example the bottle body and the closure) so that a more efficient recycling process can take place.
The bottle with dispenser is primarily intended for low- to medium-viscosity products such as aqueous and emulsion preparations or lighter gels. For very viscous formulations, dosing may be limited, and we recommend carrying out a trial filling to verify whether the dispenser ensures a sufficiently smooth flow. The correct choice of packaging should always be based on the actual viscosity and the behavior of the specific recipe during application.
