The plastic bottle with matte black trigger sprayer is a practical packaging solution for convenient dispensing of various liquid preparations in the form of a fine spray. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material and the reliable sprayer mechanism, it is suitable for filling cosmetic, cleaning and technical solutions where uniform application to the surface or skin is important. The ergonomic trigger mechanism allows comfortable long-term use, while the combination of the transparent bottle body and the dark top part creates a professional and aesthetically clean appearance of the entire packaging.
This bottle with trigger sprayer is supplied as a functional combination of packaging and dispensing component, ready for immediate use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the final product will be stable and safe in long-term use.

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. However, before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the sprayer and then disinfect them with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol (ALK001, ALK002). In this way you will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and ensure a longer shelf life of your finished product.
The trigger sprayer is most suitable for low-viscosity to medium-viscosity liquids that need to be applied as a fine to medium-coarse spray. These are mainly aqueous solutions, hydrolats, light cosmetic preparations, cleaners and air fresheners. Thick emulsions or gels may not be suitable, therefore for a new formulation we always recommend performing a test of dosing and spray uniformity.
After the contents have been used up, we recommend rinsing the bottle with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly with clean water and letting it dry. It is then appropriate to disinfect the inner surface and the parts that come into contact with the product with an alcohol solution – for example using isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol. You can also briefly pump the disinfectant solution through the sprayer itself so that the entire dispensing mechanism is flushed.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after thoroughly emptying and rinsing it, placing it in sorted waste according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters. It is advisable to separate the bottle and the trigger sprayer before throwing them into the appropriate container to facilitate their subsequent recycling. When disposing of it, follow the local waste sorting rules and the recommendations resulting from the material marking on the packaging.
