Plastic bottle with disc top closure represents a practical solution for hygienic and comfortable dispensing of various liquid preparations. Thanks to its reliable sealing and precise opening mechanism, it is suitable for the production of cosmetics as well as household cleaning or auxiliary agents. The packaging is designed to be stable during storage, resistant in normal use and to protect the contents well against external influences.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the closure and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcoholic preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the stability of your final products.
The closure should first be mechanically rinsed with warm water and a mild detergent to remove residues of the previous product. We then recommend applying a disinfectant alcoholic solution, allowing it to act and letting it dry thoroughly at room temperature. For more viscous products, it is important to check the passability of the opening and moving parts so that the dosing remains smooth and without clogging.
The bottle with disc top closure is ideal especially for liquid and slightly viscous preparations that need to be dispensed in small amounts – toners, lotions, emulsions, light oil blends or gels. For very thick creams or pastes, dosing may be less comfortable, so in such cases pumps or jars are recommended instead. Before the final application of the packaging to the product, it is advisable to test whether the chosen formulation flows well through the opening of the closure and does not splatter.
If you decide not to use the bottle and closure any longer, we recommend first emptying them as much as possible and removing any remaining product. Then place them in separate collection according to the type of material specified in the product parameters on the website. By sorting according to the recommended recycling category, you support efficient processing of plastics and reduce the amount of waste. In the case of combined packaging, it is advisable, where possible, to separate the individual parts from each other.

Using the filter, you can clearly narrow down the products according to neck type, size, colour and material used. This way you will quickly choose a bottle, pill bottle or jar that will technically and visually suit your specific product and the desired method of dispensing.
