The plastic bottle with dispenser is a practical packaging solution designed for hygienic and precise dispensing of liquid and gel formulations. Thanks to the combination of a stable plastic body and a functional dispensing mechanism, it provides reliable packaging for a wide range of products where convenient application, cleanliness and protection of the contents from external influences are important.
This type of cosmetic bottle is ideal for packaging products intended for repeated use, where uniform dosing and reduced contact of the contents with air and the user’s hands are desired. The practical dispenser helps maintain the consistent quality of the preparation during the period of use and at the same time contributes to the professional appearance of the final product.
This bottle is supplied as a combination of packaging and dispenser, which is designed for convenient and precise dosing of liquid and gel products. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to make sure that the packaging works optimally with your specific product.

When designing the final product, we recommend taking this data into account and testing the behaviour of the packaging during long-term storage as well as during real use.
Yes, this type of packaging can be reused provided that hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol intended for this purpose. For disinfection you can use products available on Handymade, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. When cleaning, avoid aggressive cleaning agents that could damage the material or affect the subsequent contents.
Before final implementation, we recommend preparing a test sample, filling it into one bottle and leaving it for a certain time under the conditions in which the product will normally be used and stored. Observe the behaviour of the packaging material (deformation, discolouration, surface changes), the functionality of the dispenser (smooth operation, dose uniformity, sealing) and the stability of the product itself. If no undesirable changes occur even after several weeks, the packaging is a suitable candidate for your intended use.
The plastic bottle with dispenser is, due to its low weight and impact resistance, also suitable for travelling and everyday carrying. For transport, we recommend always checking that the dispenser is properly tightened and, if necessary, using additional protective elements such as travel caps or protective covers. If you are transporting products with higher viscosity or with volatile components, it is advisable to carry out a short leakage test before putting them into regular use.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly in accordance with the information given in the product parameters. In the table next to the product you will find the type of material used and the relevant recycling symbol, according to which you can place the bottle and the dispenser into the correct sorted waste stream (for example into the container intended for plastics). Before disposal, it is advisable to empty the packaging and, if necessary, rinse out product residues to facilitate the recycling process and reduce the amount of contamination in the collection system.
