Plastic pharmaceutical bottle with aluminum cap represents a professional packaging solution suitable for filling various liquid and powdery formulations where protection of the contents and practical handling are important. Closing with a metal cap enables safe and aesthetic packaging of products that require reliable sealing and a clean dispensing opening. Thanks to the material used and the construction, this small bottle is suitable for cosmetic as well as technical mixtures, depending on the specifically chosen use.
The standalone bottle of this type is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options according to the specific parameters listed with the product. It is possible to use screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators, provided they have identical technical neck characteristics. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The packaging is designed as a universal bottle for various liquid formulations, including many cosmetic solutions containing alcohol or active substances. For specific compositions (higher concentrations of alcohol, acids or other reactive components) we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the behavior of the packaging material, the sealing of the aluminum cap and the stability of the product in long-term contact.
The packaging can be reused if correct hygiene principles are observed, especially in home production or smaller product series. Before each new filling, the bottle and cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available on Handymade (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol, Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). After disinfection, we recommend allowing all parts to dry completely and only then filling the new formulation.
We recommend storing the filled bottle tightly closed, in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat. The stability of the contents is usually best at room temperature or according to the recommendations for the specific formulation. Do not leave the packaging open for long periods in order to minimize the risk of contamination, evaporation of volatile components and changes in the product’s consistency.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it as thoroughly as possible and removing product residues before recycling. Then follow the recycling recommendations given in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website – there you will find information on the type of material and the relevant sorting stream. It is advisable to separate the plastic body of the bottle and the metal cap before disposal to facilitate correct sorting in the waste collection system.
