The plastic bottle with dispenser pump represents a practical and hygienic packaging solution for dispensing liquid and gel preparations for body care as well as household use. Thanks to its robust construction and high‑quality workmanship, this packaging is suitable for precise, repeatable dosing without unnecessary product waste and with comfortable use for the end customer.
A bottle with pump designed in this way is ideal for packaging various liquid or semi‑liquid blends where controlled measurement of the product directly during application is required. The closing mechanism also minimizes, with proper handling, the risk of unintended leakage during storage or transport.
The combination of a bottle with integrated pump creates a ready‑made solution prepared for filling and sale. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure your specific product will remain long‑term stable and reliably usable with the packaging.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle with pump is primarily intended for liquid and semi‑liquid products such as lighter emulsions, lotions, gels or fluids. Thick butter‑type creams or highly viscous balms may reduce dosing comfort, therefore for new formulations we always recommend a practical dosing test and possible adjustment of the viscosity of the formula.
Yes, the packaging can be reused with gentle handling, always under strict adherence to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and pump must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination of the next batch and help maintain the quality of the finished product.
First mechanically remove residues of the original product by rinsing with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent that is compatible with the material used. Then rinse the packaging thoroughly with clean water so that no detergent residues remain. After drying, it is necessary to disinfect the internal surfaces as well as the dosing mechanism with an alcohol solution, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. Allow the disinfectant to act for a short time, then let the excess alcohol evaporate freely.
If you decide not to use the bottle with pump any further, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, assigning it to sorted waste according to the material information given in the product parameters for this packaging. In practice this means separating the plastic packaging and any separate components according to the type of plastic and placing them in the appropriate collection container according to local waste‑sorting rules. By correctly directing it into the recycling stream, you support the reuse of raw materials and reduce the amount of mixed municipal waste.
The fastest way to select is to use the advanced filter in the packaging material categories. After clicking on the chosen category (for example bottles, jars or dispensers), you will find in the upper part of the page an option to filter according to several parameters – specifically according to neck type, volume or size, colour variant and material used. By combining these filters, you can easily display only those packaging items that correspond to your formulation, brand design and practical requirements for use.
