Plastic medicine bottle with closure represents a practical packaging for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and laboratory use, where safe storage of the contents and easy handling during dosing are important. Thanks to the stable plastic material, it is suitable for packing various liquid and powder preparations that require reliable sealing, protection against contamination and that cope well with normal handling during storage or transport.
The individual bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected for the product. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – in particular with regard to sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly with proper handling and adherence to hygiene rules. Before each new filling, the bottle and the closure must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in our range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let the packaging dry completely and only then fill it again.
Before first use, we recommend carefully inspecting the packaging, rinsing it with suitable water or a medium that is compatible with your formulation, and then disinfecting it. For disinfection it is appropriate to choose alcohol solutions, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After treatment, allow the bottle and closure to air out thoroughly and dry so that neither moisture nor residues of the cleaning agent accumulate in the packaging.
When disposing of the packaging, we recommend following the information on the material given in the parameter table for the product. According to the type of plastic, place the packaging in the appropriate sorting container intended for that type of packaging material. Before discarding, empty the bottle, minimize any remaining product and, if possible, rinse the packaging. If the material is not suitable for recycling in your area, follow the local rules for waste collection. By recycling you reduce the amount of waste and contribute to a more sustainable use of packaging.
Yes, the medicine bottle is also suitable for smaller production batches, laboratory tests and samples for clients. Thanks to its compact design and reliable closure, it is easy to handle during manual and semi-mechanical filling. We recommend testing the compatibility of the packaging with the specific formulation in advance – especially for preparations with a higher content of active substances or solvents – in order to verify sealing, dosing and the stability of the contents over time.
