Thanks to its essential oil content, lavender is soothing, helps with falling asleep, headaches, and its scent helps repel insects. It contains vitamins and minerals and is also used in the care of acne or dry and brittle hair for its cleansing and soothing properties. The dried flowers can be used in bath salts, scrubs, bubble baths, soap decoration and face masks.
