Glass bottle with spray pump represents a practical and elegant packaging for various cosmetic and home-care preparations where gentle and even dosing is important. The transparent glass allows for easy visual control of the contents, while the high-quality spray pump ensures comfortable application of liquid formulations in the form of a mist or spray. This type of packaging is ideal for filling liquid products that require hygienic, precise and economical dosing.
This product represents a combination of glass bottle and spray pump, configured directly on Handymade.sk. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products containing alcohol, oils or active substances.

Yes, the packaging can be reused with appropriate handling and as long as there is no visible damage. However, for repeated filling it is essential to follow basic hygiene principles – before each new use, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using technical alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow the inside of the packaging to dry completely and only then refill it.
The glass part can be washed by hand with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, thoroughly rinsed and left to dry. For the spray pump, a gentler procedure is recommended – rinsing with clean water, and possibly then spraying a small amount of alcohol through it for disinfection and removal of formulation residues. Do not expose the spray pump to high temperatures or prolonged immersion in aggressive cleaning solutions, in order to maintain its functionality and tightness.
The glass container is generally well compatible with formulations containing alcohol as well as essential oils. However, for the spray pump we recommend performing your own test – fill a smaller amount of product, test dosing, uniformity of spraying and sealing over time. With higher alcohol concentration or strong aromatic blends, it is advisable to monitor any possible effect on the plastic components of the spray pump to ensure the long-term functionality of the packaging.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it as a priority according to the material type specified in the product parameters. The glass part can generally be placed in a container designated for glass after removing any remaining contents. The spray pump and plastic components should be separated and sorted according to local plastic recycling rules. Before recycling, it is advisable to rinse the bottle to minimise residues of the original product and to facilitate processing in the recycling process.
