Yes, this glass packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the new formulation.
The bottle is ideal for products where precise and comfortable dosing of a smaller amount is important – for example facial and eye serums, light oil-based and emulsion-based preparations, boosters, hair treatments or special care blends for local application. The dark glass at the same time supports protection of more sensitive active substances from light.
Before repeated use it is advisable first to clean the bottle mechanically (remove residues of the original product), then wash it with a suitable cleaning agent and rinse well. After drying, we recommend disinfecting the inner space as well as the surface of the contact area with alcohol, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely evaporated is the bottle ready for new filling.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it responsibly in accordance with the information given in the product parameters. The glass part of the packaging can generally, after thorough emptying and cleaning, be sorted into the appropriate glass container. We recommend separating the dispenser and any plastic components and assigning them to waste streams according to the material composition stated for the product. By following these steps, you contribute to the efficient recycling of materials.
