The packaging can be reused provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling it is important to thoroughly clean the bottle and the pump and, where possible, disinfect them with a suitable product, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. In the range you will find, for example, IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. In this way you will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and help maintain the safety of your product during use.

Before refilling we recommend first mechanically cleaning the bottle from residues of the original product, then washing it with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent and rinsing thoroughly. After drying it is appropriate to disinfect the inner space of the packaging and the surfaces that come into contact with the product with an alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. For the pump it must be taken into account that excessively hot water or aggressive chemicals may affect its service life, therefore proceed gently and always allow all parts to dry completely.

If you decide not to use the packaging any further, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material composition given in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle can, after removing product residues, be placed in the appropriate glass container in accordance with local waste sorting rules. The pump and plastic components usually need to be sorted separately according to the type of plastic, or according to the recommendations of your waste collection company. Always follow the information in the parameter table and local waste collection rules so that recycling is as effective as possible.

The glass bottle with pump is designed to allow comfortable dispensing of common liquid cosmetic preparations such as facial serums, light emulsions or oil elixirs. For very thick or highly viscous products we always recommend carrying out your own dispensing test in order to verify whether the consistency of your preparation corresponds to the possibilities of the specific pump. If necessary it is appropriate to adjust the formula (e.g. by reducing the viscosity) or to choose another type of packaging that will better correspond to the character of the product.
