Black matte glass roll-on bottle 15 ml represents an elegant and reliable packaging solution for products that require precise and hygienic application using a roll-on ball. Thanks to the high-quality glass and closed application system, it is suitable for various liquid formulations, especially where protection of the contents and convenient dosing directly onto the skin are important.
The dark, opaque glass of the packaging helps protect sensitive ingredients from the effects of light and contributes to longer stability and quality of the product. Such a bottle is ideal for natural as well as conventional cosmetics, aromatherapeutic blends or concentrated solutions that require gentle application in a small amount.
This glass bottle is designed as roll-on packaging, and when selecting a specific combination it is important to take into account the chosen components in the product parameters (bottle, roll-on insert, possible top closure). The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the smoothness of dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content or content of essential oils).

The glass container is generally suitable for most oil-based and hydroalcoholic formulations, which makes it a universal packaging for perfumes, roll-on oils or intensive serums. However, we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test, especially with formulations with a higher alcohol content or essential oils, to verify the behaviour of the product in contact with the roll-on insert and the sealing.
Before filling, it is advisable to measure out the contents and fill slowly so that no excess air or foam remains in the packaging. After filling, insert the roll-on ball with its housing evenly and firmly so that it seats correctly in the neck of the bottle. Then turn the bottle upside down and roll the roll-on several times over a clean surface so that the ball becomes evenly “run in” and make sure that dosing is smooth without leakage along the sides.
The packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed; however, we recommend keeping it for the same or a very similar type of product (for example the same fragrance or type of formulation). Before each new filling, the bottle, roll-on insert and closure must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For final disinfection we recommend using, for example, IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Packaging prepared in this way reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the fragrance or texture of the new product.
If you do not plan to reuse the bottle, we recommend first emptying it and removing product residues. The glass body can generally be sorted into the appropriate glass container according to local waste sorting rules. Plastic or metal parts (roll-on insert, possible top closure) should be separated and sorted according to their material, if the collection system in your area allows it. When sorting, always follow the information in the parameters of the specific product on Handymade.sk and the recommendations of the local waste management policy.

This allows you to quickly find a combination of packaging and closure that will suit your specific product and method of dosing.
