Is it possible to use this glass bottle repeatedly?

The bottle can be used repeatedly if correct hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol from our range, e.g. IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant‑based. Only afterwards is it appropriate to refill the bottle with the final product.

How should I properly clean the glass bottle and spray pump before reusing it?

The glass part of the bottle can first be mechanically rinsed with warm water and a mild detergent, thoroughly rinsed and left to dry. Afterwards we recommend spraying or rinsing the inner surface with a suitable disinfectant solution, for example based on isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, and allowing it to evaporate. The spray pump should be rinsed in the same way, and it is important to press the mechanism several times so that the disinfectant solution reaches the entire system. Before refilling, make sure that all parts are dry and free from residues of the original contents.

What type of products is most suitable for this bottle with spray pump?

This bottle is most suitable for liquid formulations with low to medium viscosity that need to be applied as a fine spray. Typically, these include facial and body mists, refreshing and hydrating sprays, hair tonics, light spray conditioners, disinfectant and cleansing solutions intended for external use, or aromatherapeutic sprays for textiles and room fragrance. For thicker emulsions or gels, we recommend considering a different dosing type, for example a pump or another applicator.

How can I safely dispose of or recycle this glass bottle if I do not want to continue using it?

If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it after emptying and basic cleaning, in accordance with local waste‑sorting regulations. The glass body of the bottle is generally intended for the glass container, while the plastic parts of the spray pump (top part, dip tube, any seals) belong in the sorted plastic waste, unless your local collection system states otherwise. Before disposal, it is advisable to remove any product residues from the packaging to make recycling easier and reduce the environmental burden.
