The plastic bottle is a practical and durable container suitable for filling various liquid and lightly gel-based preparations where reliable protection of the contents and convenient handling during dispensing are important. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material, the bottle is stable, resistant to normal mechanical stress, and ideal for artisanal and small-scale production of cosmetics or other specialized preparations.
This type of packaging is designed to enable safe storage and practical application of products with different viscosities – from toners and serums to oils, tinctures and other valuable blends. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, it is suitable for precise, hygienic and professional packaging of both homemade and professional formulations.
Individual plastic bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) depending on the selected parameters. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the container in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the container are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the bottle is suitable for packaging various homemade cosmetic preparations such as toners, serums, oil blends or hair treatments. When making your own products, we recommend choosing formulations that are compatible with the plastic container and always checking the behaviour of the specific recipe over time in contact with the packaging material before filling.
The container can be reused if hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable product, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After applying the disinfectant, allow the container to dry and air thoroughly so that no alcohol residues remain before the next filling.
For routine cleaning we recommend using lukewarm water and a mild detergent that rinses off well and does not leave residues. After washing, rinse the bottle thoroughly, allow it to drain and dry at room temperature. You can then apply disinfection, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, and again allow it to dry well. Avoid using aggressive cleaning agents and abrasive sponges that can mechanically damage the surface of the container.
To select a suitable container, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter you can clearly set the parameters according to your needs – for example the type of neck, the required size, colour or packaging material. This allows you to quickly narrow down the range to the containers that are most suitable for the specific product and method of use.
If you decide not to reuse the container, we recommend that, after thoroughly emptying and rinsing it, you place it in the appropriate sorted waste stream according to the material specified in the product parameters. Before recycling, remove any product residues and, if possible, separate the different parts of the container (for example the closure) so that sorting is as efficient as possible. Following local waste-sorting rules helps ensure that the plastic bottle is properly recycled and reused in the recycling process.
