The plastic bottle with trigger sprayer is a practical and durable packaging solution suitable for convenient dispensing of liquid preparations by spraying. Thanks to the plastic material used, the container is lightweight, non-breakable under normal handling and ideal for filling various cosmetic and cleaning blends intended for topical use. The matt finish of the bottle body helps to conceal minor impurities or product residues and at the same time creates a professional appearance of the final product.
The packaging is designed to allow even dispersion of the contents over a larger area, which is suitable for preparations where a fine mist or controlled dosing is required. The trigger sprayer ensures comfortable use even with frequent application, reduces hand fatigue and makes work easier when producing cosmetics, cleaning and utility preparations at home.
This bottle is supplied in combination with a trigger sprayer that is adapted to the specific parameters of the packaging and ensures functional dosing in the form of a spray. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure that the chosen formula and packaging will behave reliably in the long term.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. When planning use, we recommend carefully checking the data in the parameter table, especially the type of material used and the recommended conditions of use, in order to ensure optimal compatibility with the specific contents.
If, according to the product parameters, the packaging is made of PET material, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of this material: PET is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures at which there is a risk of deformation of the packaging. Such packaging is not intended for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. Gentle hand cleaning at appropriate temperatures and the use of suitable disinfectants is recommended.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend sorting it into separate collection according to the material code stated in the product parameters. Proper sorting by plastic type (e.g. the relevant recycling symbol) supports efficient recycling and conserves resources.
The packaging can be used repeatedly, provided that hygiene rules are followed and it shows no signs of damage or wear. Before each refilling, the bottle and the trigger sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, and it is advisable to verify the compatibility of the specific disinfectant with the material of the packaging and the sprayer.
When using it, it is important that the filling is compatible with the plastic material of the packaging as well as with the components of the sprayer. Higher concentrations of solvents, oils or aggressive substances may, in the case of long-term contact, affect the elasticity of seals or the stability of the plastic, therefore we recommend always carrying out a test filling on a smaller scale. If, according to the parameters, the packaging is made of PET, avoid exposure to elevated temperatures, direct sunlight in enclosed spaces (e.g. in a car) and do not use a dishwasher or boiling, in order to prevent deformation.
Before refilling, we recommend first rinsing the bottle with residues of a suitable solvent or with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, then rinsing thoroughly and allowing it to dry. It is then appropriate to disinfect the inner surface of the packaging, as well as the dip tube and the spraying mechanism, with an alcohol-based preparation, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After applying the alcohol, allow the packaging to dry completely and only then refill it, to avoid undesirable influence on the new formulation.
If you decide not to use the bottle any longer, we recommend placing it in sorted waste collection in accordance with the recycling symbol indicated in the product parameters and on the packaging. Depending on the plastic type, it is appropriate to place the bottle body and possibly also the trigger sprayer (where possible) into the relevant plastic container. Before disposal it is advisable to empty the packaging and, if necessary, rinse out any remaining filling. By following these rules, you will support efficient material recycling and reduce the amount of waste.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the filter you can conveniently choose the required parameters such as neck type, packaging size, colour or material. By gradually narrowing down these criteria, you will arrive at a narrower selection of bottles, jars, dropper bottles or other packaging that best matches your formulation and method of use.
