The ZENISOAPBASE soap base is used for the production of soaps and soap bouquets. It has a plant-based base, is free from animal fats and oils – 100% vegan. The finished soap has excellent foaming properties and, thanks to the high content of glycerin, it also moisturizes the skin excellently. The CLEAR soap base has a very high level of transparency. In case you pour the soap in different layers, the individual layers need to be sprayed with alcohol to increase adhesion. The base remains liquid for a relatively long time, so it can be used even for more complex projects. During longer standing, no loss of volume occurs.

Melting temperature: 65C. Do not exceed a temperature of 75C when heating!

Working with the soap base is not difficult at all. It is enough to cut the required amount of soap base into smaller pieces, which will speed up the melting phase of the base. Slowly heat the base in a water bath or in the microwave. Be careful, the base must not boil, so heat it slowly. You can add a few drops of essential or fragrance oil, liquid or powder colorant and, to make it more special, dried herbs into the melted base.

Stir slowly so that unnecessary air bubbles are not created, which would form holes after solidification. Pour the soap base into the prepared mold. Immediately after pouring, we recommend applying a few sprays with an atomizer of bubble remover, this is 99% isopropanol. We recommend IPA from our offer. The final step is to let it solidify. After unmolding, you can use the soap immediately, but we recommend letting the base stand for about 2 weeks for better properties.
