Product description

ZENISOAPBASE soap mass is used for the production of soaps and soap bouquets. It has a vegetable base and the resulting soap has excellent lathering power and, thanks to the high glycerine content, also moisturizes the skin perfectly.

It is made with natural unrefined shea butter (which has been saponified with NaOH). Shea butter causes a slight yellow tinge and a faint nutty scent. The advantage of this soap mass is that it solidifies quickly, making it suitable for making larger soaps and other bulkier projects.
There is no loss of volume in the soap castings during prolonged standing (especially important when making bouquets).
The soap mass is free of animal fats and oils - 100% vegan.

When colouring the mass with ZENICOLOR dyes, it is better to mix 70% of transparent mass CLEAR and 30% of white mass WHITE to avoid excessive consumption of dyes.

Melting point: 65°C
Do not exceed 75°C when heating!

Working with soap mass is not at all difficult. Just cut the required amount of soap mass into smaller parts, this will speed up the melting phase of the mass. Heat the mass slowly in a water bath or in the microwave. Caution, the mass must not boil, so heat it slowly. You can add a few drops of essential or fragrance oil, liquid or powdered colouring and dried herbs to the melted mass to spice it up.

Stir slowly so you don't get unnecessary air bubbles that create holes when it sets. Pour the soap mass into the prepared mould. Immediately after pouring, we recommend applying a few squirts of bubble remover with a spray bottle , this is 99% Isopropanol. If you are pouring the soap in different layers, the individual layers should be sprayed with alcohol to increase adhesion. The final step is to let it set. Once the soap is out, you can use it right away, but we recommend letting it sit for about 2 weeks for better properties.
