The ZENISOAPBASE soap base is used for the production of soaps and soap bouquets. It has a vegetable base and the resulting soap has excellent foaming properties and, thanks to the high glycerin content, it also moisturizes the skin very well.

This soap base contains saponified shea butter and is ideal for large-scale production. Its base solidifies quickly and can be removed from the mold after a very short time. The soap base is free of animal fats and oils – 100 % vegan.

If you add Titanium Dioxide to the soap, it will never settle at the bottom in this base.

When coloring the base with ZENICOLOR dyes, it is recommended to mix 70 % of the transparent CLEAR base and 30 % of the white WHITE base in order to avoid excessive consumption of dyes.

Melting temperature: 65 °C
Do not exceed a temperature of 75 °C when heating!

Working with the soap base is not difficult at all. Simply cut the required amount of soap base into smaller pieces; this will speed up the melting phase of the base. Slowly heat the base in a water bath or in a microwave. Be careful, the base must not boil, so heat it slowly. You can add a few drops of an essential or fragrance oil, a liquid or powdered colorant and, for variety, herbs, exfoliating components to the melted base.

Stir slowly to avoid creating unnecessary air bubbles that would form holes after solidification. Pour the soap base into the prepared mold. Immediately after pouring, we recommend applying a few sprays of a bubble remover – this is 99 % isopropanol – with an atomizer. The final step is to allow it to solidify. After unmolding, you can use the soap immediately, but we recommend letting the base rest for about 2 weeks for better properties.
