Plastic trigger sprayer 24/410 transparent smooth collar is a practical solution for precise dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine spray. Thanks to the ergonomic trigger mechanism and transparent design, it allows comfortable application and visual control of the contents in the bottle. It is suitable for filling a wide range of cosmetic, cleaning and auxiliary solutions where even atomization without contact with the contents is important.
The sprayer is designed to ensure controlled dosing and to minimize product waste. In combination with a compatible bottle, it creates a functional packaging system that supports clean, repeatable and user-friendly application of the final product.
The sprayer is intended as a separate component to complement a compatible bottle or vial. It is compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters of the specific packaging. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The sprayer can be used repeatedly provided that you observe basic hygiene principles and the mechanism remains fully functional. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting both the bottle and the sprayer, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable reactions between residues of the original product and the new formulation.
Before re-use we recommend disassembling the sprayer into accessible parts (without any forced mechanical intervention), rinsing them with warm water and detergent, and then spraying clean water through several times to remove residues of the original preparation. After mechanical cleaning it is advisable to disinfect the components with a suitable alcohol solution, for example the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then reassemble and refill the sprayer.
The functionality of the sprayer depends on the viscosity and composition of the final product. For more viscous or oily formulations, we recommend first carrying out a trial filling in a small quantity and testing suction, smoothness of the trigger action, fineness of atomization and uniformity of dosing. If the product passes through the dip tube and nozzle without clogging and does not leave excessive deposits, you can use the sprayer even in longer-term operation. For very thick or strongly oil-based blends, a different type of dosing system (e.g. pump or dropper) may be more suitable.
To choose the right packaging, you can use the advanced filter within the packaging material categories on the website. The advanced filter is located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific category (for example bottles, vials or plastic packaging). It enables sorting according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. This allows you to easily find a compatible bottle or container that will match this sprayer as well as the requirements of your product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type indicated in the product parameters on the website. First empty any remaining contents as much as possible and remove any residues of the preparation by rinsing. Then sort the sprayer and bottle into the appropriate collection container according to local waste management rules (plastic, glass, etc.), following the recycling symbol of the material indicated in the parameter table. In this way you support responsible handling of packaging and the reduction of mixed waste volume.
